1.Delayed Arrival:

If the guest is delayed in reaching the accommodation due to a sailing ban, the booking is not cancelled and remains valid from the next possible arrival date. No refund is given for the missed overnight stay.

2.Extension of Stay:

If the guest cannot depart from the island due to a sailing ban, it is possible to extend their stay, depending on room availability. If available, certain discounts may be offered for the additional nights caused exclusively by the sailing ban.

3. Communication:

Guests are kindly requested to contact the accommodation immediately in case of a sailing ban, so that their stay or departure can be arranged in the best possible way.
