The Aegean Sea, the sandy beaches embracing the island all around, the oak forests in the mainland, the nearby distance from the port of Lavrion (just 16 nautical miles-1 hour by ship) and the local stone rural houses were the source of inspiration for the construction of our modern studios made out of Tzian stone. All the above led us three decades ago to the island of Kea (Tzia) which we loved and bonded with.

Thus we created “Vourkari Village” a complex of 11 stone-built luxurious fully furnished studios within reach (just 15 minutes’ on foot) from the picturesque cosmopolitan little harbor of Vourkari. Furthermore, we are at a 100 meters’ distance from the main road of Korissia-Vourkari-Otzia by a rural road in a very good condition.

All studios are built upon a smooth piece of land of almost 2,5 acres. They all have their own balcony or yard. Each one of them bears the name of a well-known location, beach or settlement of the island of Tzia and they are in full harmony with the natural environment. Excellent heat-insulation and air-conditioning are also provided.
